VG‑30 and VG‑40 grades offer dependable performance across a range of climates and applications. Engineered to maintain optimal flexibility in heat yet resist brittleness in cooler conditions, these clear‑spec products ensure smooth asphalt compaction and long-term structural integrity for roads, highways, and airport runways.

VG‑30 suits general paving in hot and humid zones, while VG‑40 is engineered for high-stress areas like toll plazas and intersections.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Meets ASTM D946 & AASHTO M20
  • Viscosity grading aligns with AASHTO & IS protocols.

BENEFITS:

  • VG‑30: General Road surfacing, highways, airport runways; optimal for hot and wet environments.
  • VG‑40: Heavy-duty pavements like intersections & truck bays; increased stiffness and resistance to rutting.
