DIRECTOR
Shri R. Radhakrishnan is a seasoned professional with over 38 years of experience in the downstream oil marketing sector, having served in various leadership roles at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL), a Maharatna PSU in India.
His career at HPCL spanned key functions such as marketing, operations, business development, HR capability building, and information systems. He was actively involved in retail and direct fuel sales, LPG and aviation marketing, operations, distribution, and marketing analytics. He also fostered strong partnerships with customers, government agencies, and business stakeholders.
Radhakrishnan held several strategic roles, including Location Head, Regional and Zonal Marketing Head, and SBU Head. As Executive Director – Information Systems (Functional), he led digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of CRM, Business Intelligence systems, GST rollout, and digitalization of key processes.
Post-retirement, he remains engaged as a speaker for executive education programs at UPES, Dehradun, and is a life member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), reflecting his ongoing commitment to knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Mr. Sudhakara Rao Ravipati is a retired senior executive with extensive experience in the oil and energy industry. Over his distinguished career at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), he held several leadership roles, including Executive Director – Refinery Finance, Head – International Trade & Supplies, Executive Director – Internal Audit, and Head of the Consumer Business Unit for Trade and Lubricating Oils. He also served as General Manager – Lubricants and General Manager – North Zone.
His expertise spans exploration, crude procurement and transportation, refining, supply chain management, marketing strategy, brand development, sales force leadership, ERP systems, logistics, contracts, finance, risk management, and pricing. He also has experience in infrastructure, power, automotive applications, environmental regulation, bunkering, and international petroleum dynamics.
Since retirement, Mr. Rao has focused on renewable energy, biofuels, and lubricants. He currently serves as an Independent Director at Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Ltd., Punjab Renewable Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., PRES Urja Pvt. Ltd., and PRES Clean and Green Pvt. Ltd. He also advises Arabian Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. and Standard Greases and Specialties Pvt. Ltd.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Vaibhav Maloo has been an integral part of the Enso Group since its inception in 2005. He moved on to lead the company as the Managing Director in 2009. He shoulders the responsibilities of group business development and strategy and also manages operations of the energy business. He is well-versed with group marketing strategies for India as well. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science specializing in Business Administration from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2013, he completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
