Mr. Maloo has been making great strides in the industry with his drive to stand tall and venture into emerging sectors. Under his able leadership, Enso Group has forayed into Solar, Energy, Mineral Mining, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Healthcare. With an innate passion to be ahead of the times, he has been at the forefront of the telecom and natural resources industry. By striking the right partnerships, investing in sound technologies and building a like-minded team of professionals, he has piloted the group to spread across the globe.

Prior to founding the Enso Group, Mr. Maloo founded Himachal Futuristic Communication Limited (HFCL) in 1988, one of India’s first private telecom companies. At the advent of the new millennium, the company’s market capital was almost USD 4 billion.

Mr. Vinay Maloo is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.

He is an ardent Jain, vegetarian by birth and delves deeper into the teachings of the Jain monks. At his leisure, he practices yoga, meditation and works out regularly.

DIRECTOR

Shri R. Radhakrishnan is a seasoned professional with over 38 years of experience in the downstream oil marketing sector, having served in various leadership roles at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL), a Maharatna PSU in India.

His career at HPCL spanned key functions such as marketing, operations, business development, HR capability building, and information systems. He was actively involved in retail and direct fuel sales, LPG and aviation marketing, operations, distribution, and marketing analytics. He also fostered strong partnerships with customers, government agencies, and business stakeholders.

Radhakrishnan held several strategic roles, including Location Head, Regional and Zonal Marketing Head, and SBU Head. As Executive Director – Information Systems (Functional), he led digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of CRM, Business Intelligence systems, GST rollout, and digitalization of key processes.

Post-retirement, he remains engaged as a speaker for executive education programs at UPES, Dehradun, and is a life member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), reflecting his ongoing commitment to knowledge sharing and professional growth.

DIRECTOR

Mr. Sudhakara Rao Ravipati is a retired senior executive with extensive experience in the oil and energy industry. Over his distinguished career at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), he held several leadership roles, including Executive Director – Refinery Finance, Head – International Trade & Supplies, Executive Director – Internal Audit, and Head of the Consumer Business Unit for Trade and Lubricating Oils. He also served as General Manager – Lubricants and General Manager – North Zone.

His expertise spans exploration, crude procurement and transportation, refining, supply chain management, marketing strategy, brand development, sales force leadership, ERP systems, logistics, contracts, finance, risk management, and pricing. He also has experience in infrastructure, power, automotive applications, environmental regulation, bunkering, and international petroleum dynamics.

Since retirement, Mr. Rao has focused on renewable energy, biofuels, and lubricants. He currently serves as an Independent Director at Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Ltd., Punjab Renewable Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., PRES Urja Pvt. Ltd., and PRES Clean and Green Pvt. Ltd. He also advises Arabian Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. and Standard Greases and Specialties Pvt. Ltd.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Vaibhav Maloo has been an integral part of the Enso Group since its inception in 2005. He moved on to lead the company as the Managing Director in 2009. He shoulders the responsibilities of group business development and strategy and also manages operations of the energy business. He is well-versed with group marketing strategies for India as well. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science specializing in Business Administration from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2013, he completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

He has contributed guest columns to several prominent online publications, including prestigious media platforms like The Times of India and BW Businessworld and is also an author of two prominent books
‘The Business of Life: Answers to 101 Tough Questions’ and ‘An Indian Manifesto: A Vision for Tomorrow’s India’.

In 2013, he served as Managing Director on the operational team of Tour de India—India’s largest cycling event—which that year saw a record number of participants.

Mr. Deep Malhotra is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of extensive experience in the automotive lubricants industry. Known for his strategic vision and results-driven approach, he has consistently delivered growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across prominent lubricant brands.

Throughout his career, Mr. Malhotra has held pivotal roles in sales, marketing, and business strategy, where his contributions have played a critical role in enhancing profitability and brand performance.
As CEO, he has been instrumental in spearheading the successful operations and expansion of the Gazpromneft and G-Energy brands in India.

A dedicated mentor and people-focused leader, Mr. Malhotra emphasizes the growth and empowerment of teams, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in accountability and excellence. Under his stewardship, Enso Oils and Lubricants continues to expand its footprint in a competitive industry landscape, with a focus on customer-centric solutions, value-driven partnerships, and long-term business sustainability.

Kada-NefteGaz (KNG) is a Russian Oil & Gas Company. It holds the license for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Irkutsk region in the Eastern Siberian part of Russia. It has two fields with total reserves (C1 + C2) of 38 billion m³ of gas (approximately 1.3 tcf). Moreover, the discovery of new gas condensate pools/fields after the 2D seismic CDP & electrical TEM has further increased the prospective resources by 3.9 Tcf of gas and 48.5 MMbbls of condensate.
